Yoonjin Park

Yoonjin Park received Master of Landscape Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Park worked at Sasaki Associates (MA, USA) and West8 (Rotterdam, the Netherlands) and taught at Boston Architectural College (Boston USA) and Wageningen University (the Netherlands) before he founded office PARKKIM in 2004 upon winning the Chichi Earthquake Memorial International Competition. He was invited for several lectures by international institutions such as Shih-chien University, Ohio State University, Melbourne University and Harvard University and wrote ‘Three Agencies of Trans-disciplinary Landscape Architecture(2005, Korean Journal of Landscape Architecture)’ and ‘Gangnam Alternative Nature (2007, ed. William Lim)’.

 

Jungyoon Kim

Jungyoon Kim received Master of Landscape Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Kim was selected as the ‘Design Leader of Next Generation (6th)’ awarded by the Korean Ministry of Commerce and KIDP in 2007. She worked at West8 (Rotterdam, the Netherlands) and taught at Wageningen University (the Netherlands) before she founded office PARKKIM in 2004 upon winning the Chichi Earthquake Memorial International Competition. She was appointed as the Glimcher Distinguished Visiting Professor by Knowlton School of Architecture, Ohio State University(2011). Kim won Invited Design Competition for park system for Gwanggyo new city in 2008 and has been served as the design commissioner for Gwanggyo city. She was recently appointed to Public Architect of Seoul by Metropolitan Government of Seoul.
