As part of the renewal project of the existing Blue One Resort in Gyeongju, the rooftop was to be renovated in order to facilitate various cultural private gatherings such as wedding reception, wine tasting parties, and receptions.  To maximize the view toward the golf course, two different densities along the longest oblique axis, intersecting strips, creating a hypothetical line of sight, and a sequence of landscape experiences overcoming the level difference of 60 centimeters.

Inequal, slanted plain towards the view, is a device that makes outdoor events unique. Even when it would be unoccupied, it becomes an observatory that leads people to extend their visions toward the surrounding natural landscape of the resort.
